A note from the Red Cross Children's Hospital
Thanks again for your hard work and commitment - your fundraising efforts are unbelievable! Also - for taking some time to visit us. 100% of these funds will go to the Children's Hospital Trust, the Fundraising Arm of the Red Cross War Memorial Children's Hospital for the upgrade of the Burns Unit.

RIDE TIMES

All rides leave from the Life Cycle / Planet Fitness parking lot in Parklands

Saturday leg loosener 1. 7:30am
This is an alternative to the "regular" Saturday Leg loosener. Blaauwberg Road, Plattekloof Road, Contermanskloof, down small Vissers, up the N7, down the N7 link to Melkbos and Dunefontein to meet up with the other Leg loosener to return via the R27. The ride is +/-55km @ 27km/h.

Saturday leg loosener 2. and sweet & easy leave at 7.30AM
This is the regular leg loosener to Duinefontein. 40km @ 25km/h

Saturday Sweet and Easy leave from 7:30 am
A ride catering for beginners. 30km @ 20km/h

Sunday and Public Holiday club rides leave at 7:30am
